December 9<sup>th<\/sup> was the date selected from <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/flyrouge.com\/ca\/en\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Air Canada Rouge<\/a><\/strong><\/em> to start this new route <strong>Quito\u2013Toronto\u2013Quito<\/strong> that will be operated three times weekly on a regular basis and will be the first non-stop service between these two countries. \u00a0The new route will depart Toronto at 11:45 p.m. on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, arriving in Quito the next day at 6:30 a.m. It will leave Quito at 8:30 a.m. on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, arriving back in Toronto at 3:05 p.m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-300 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/galaxy.travel\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Air-Canada-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"899\" height=\"598\" srcset=\"https:\/\/galaxy.travel\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Air-Canada-1-1.jpg 899w, https:\/\/galaxy.travel\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Air-Canada-1-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/galaxy.travel\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Air-Canada-1-1-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/galaxy.travel\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Air-Canada-1-1-200x133.jpg 200w, https:\/\/galaxy.travel\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Air-Canada-1-1-400x266.jpg 400w, https:\/\/galaxy.travel\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Air-Canada-1-1-600x399.jpg 600w, https:\/\/galaxy.travel\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Air-Canada-1-1-800x532.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 899px) 100vw, 899px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the opening ceremony at the international gate of the <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aeropuertoquito.aero\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Quito\u00b4s airport<\/a><\/strong><\/em> several tourism professionals and Tour Operators as <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.galagents.com\/\">Galagents<\/a><\/strong><\/em> were part of this event including Mrs. Rosy Prado de Holguin, <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.turismo.gob.ec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Minister of Tourism of Ecuador<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, Mr. Andrew O\u00b4Brian, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quiport.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">General Manager of Quiport<\/a> and Mrs. Silvie B\u00e9dard, <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canadainternational.gc.ca\/ecuador-equateur\/index.aspx?lang=eng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Canadian Ambassador. \u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All of them agreed that with this new route the number of travelers making the two ways flight will increase significantly due to the very good relationship between Ecuador and Canada that is stronger than ever.
